ChatFindr Terms of Service

1. Introduction
Welcome to ChatFindr. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using our services.
2. Use of the App
- You must be at least 17 years old to use ChatFindr.
- You are responsible for your actions on the platform and must comply with our Community Guidelines.
- ChatFindr acts as a software provider and is not responsible for user behavior or the outcomes of user interactions, including in-person meetups.
3. Limitation of Liability
- ChatFindr is not liable for any harm, injury, or damages resulting from user interactions, including but not limited to in-person meetups.
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or authenticity of information shared by other users.
- Users assume all risks associated with using the platform, including meeting individuals they connect with through the app.
4. Prohibited Uses
Users may not engage in the following activities on ChatFindr:
- Illegal activities of any kind.
- Harassment, stalking, or predatory behavior towards other users.
- Misrepresentation, fraud, or impersonation.
- Attempting to access unauthorized areas of the app, including hacking or disrupting the service.
5. Payments & Refund Policy
- All payments for in-app purchases are processed exclusively through Apple’s App Store.
- Refunds and billing disputes must be handled directly through Apple’s support, as ChatFindr does not manage payment processing or refunds.
- Users agree to comply with Apple’s terms of service for in-app purchases.
6. Data Collection and Use
- By using ChatFindr, you consent to our data collection and use practices as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
- We take user privacy seriously and use industry-standard measures to protect personal data. However, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Account Termination
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines.
- No refunds will be provided for terminated accounts due to violations of our Terms.
- Users may also voluntarily delete their accounts at any time.
8. Modifications to Terms
- We may update these Terms periodically. Any changes will be posted within the app and on our website.
- Continued use of ChatFindr after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
9. Governing Law
- These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
10. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration Agreement
- All disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to these Terms must be resolved through binding individual arbitration.
- By agreeing to these Terms, you waive the right to a court trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.
